A blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Merlot. Initial maceration is 12 hours then 15-20 days fermentation at 18-22C with four daily pump-overs.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet colour with red berries and cherry aromas which are also reflected, with cherry to the forefront plus a touch of spice, on the palate. Soft and easy drinking; a light, smooth finish with mineral notes.
